Silk Road Sports Consulting is a sports marketing agency based in Singapore that deals with many events in South East Asia and the French Football Academy Singapore.During this 10-month internship (4 months from France and 6 months in Singapore), I was a project manager for the agency. I worked on many projects where I had to work alongside the French Football Federation (FFF), but also the National Basketball Association (NBA). I was in charge of the communication (social media, creating visuals, finding creative new ideas to promote the event or the academy), the marketing (creating sponsoring proposals, investment decks), administration (maintaining the contact list and registering children to trials with the academy), and assuring the overall well-being of the academy (making sure the parents and players were happy, assisting the coaches when needed and answering all the questions that the parents had).

“TOUS EN SELLE!” is the first 100% bike film festival whose tour begins at the Grand Rex (Paris) and goes all over France, in Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and more recently Canada.My role during this internship was to reactivate the event following the break caused by COVID. Thus, I took care of prospecting and planning the tour, marketing around the event, communication on social networks and newsletters, as well as sponsorship.I was able to use tools for creating visuals (Canva), ticketing (Weezevent), website creation and management (Wix), and email marketing (Mailjet).

Due to the sanitary situation, the sports activities were adapted in order to respect social distancing as well as the restrictions put in place during this period.The town of Longeville sur mer is also in charge of a pier at the Marais Poitevin which rents equipment for canoe trips in the marsh. I was able to work there in addition to being managing the sports activities.My role was to welcome international customers and give them all the instructions necessary as well as the safety rules, the management of the cash register, equip and board the practitioners, but also manage the installations adhering to the restrictions put in place by the government in order to cope with COVID-19.

Over the summer, the town of Longeville sur mer (France) organises free sports activities open to everyone.During this summer job, I was in charge of leading, preparing and organising a large variety of sports tournaments and events for adults, teenagers and children from a number of countries.The aim was to manage the players and participants registered and make the tournaments went well. Three activities were organised per day for which we were in charge of nearly 100 people daily.I also contributed to the coordination of sporting events organised by the town that had to purpose to promote different sports and physical activity through fun activities. My mission was to welcome the participants, manage the reservations and the entertainment, and install the equipment necessary for all the activities.

Fretté Rogerson PR is an international sports public relations agency based in London working across sectors, countries and communities to provide a complete range of services.During this internship, I was able to work for a variety of clients where I assisted in media relations for international events such as UTMB, Race for Water, Super League Triathlon, Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge and the Dubai International Baja.My missions were to translate press releases and social media posts (English and French), manage and organise the database, liaise with international media to secure coverage and publicity in the client’s key territories and markets, and pitch stories to generate media interest and attract new audiences.

A 4-star campsite with almost 300 pitches with an occupancy rate close to 100% in July and August, as well as an average of 200 arrivals each weekend. The Zagarella is part of the Capfun group that has around 140 campsites in Europe.As a receptionist, my role was managing international customers throughout their stay as well as their potential problems, making bookings using an online service, communicating between management and customers, as well as informing customers about activities to do in the area and on site. This allowed me to highlight my bilingualism as well as my organizational and relational skills.

Management of a grocery store within a campsite of 200 mobile homes and pitches selling basic necessities, newspapers and other products for campsite customers and tourists staying in the area.My missions were stock management, shelving the products and cash management allowing me to develop my commercial and relational skills, as well as to discover the professional environment of camping-caravanning.
