After setting up the North Wales Women's Network as a business on my own back in 1999 I have now developed it with a team of successful women into a co-operative run for the benefit of its members in N Wales

Responsible for the development of the education programs for the new Management Centre at bangor University Business School. Part of the work including recruiting lecturers, developing programs, marketing programs and collaborative work with other Universities, colleges and organisations to ensure we could meet the needs of the clients. Multi-million pound project - new start up requiring intrapreneurial approach by the team.

I launched an agency to recruit domestic staff and childcare for private homes in the UK.
