Comprehensive Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation Center & Adaptive Driving RehabilitationFull time outpatient supervisor, coordinating and organizing daily operations and clinical functions of a large outpatient clinic. Directly supervising and responsible for eighteen occupational therapists and certified occupational therapy assistants, including employee performance management, clinical competency, staff/program development, and marketing.  Full time outpatient therapist responsible for evaluation and subsequent treatment of a multitude of neurological diagnoses including cerebral vascular accidents, traumatic brain injuries, complete/incomplete spinal cord injuries, polytrauma orthopedic injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, brachial plexus injuries, and functional visual deficits. Highly practiced in specialized functional visual evaluation and treatment for adolescents/adults following mild traumatic brain injuries and post-concussion syndrome; including a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to facilitate return to school/work Pioneered the inauguration of the outpatient occupational therapy program at Concordville satellite campus through the implementation of technologies, advancement of community referral sources, and assurance of a continuity of care plan Designated subject matter expert and primary internal educator for EMR technology transitions including Raintree and EPIC.
