I have a strong enthusiasm for land conservation. I hope to facilitate policy driven conservation of our natural resources. This can be seen in my personal time through my volunteering as well as my hobbies which include hunting, fishing, and cooking. Most recently in my career, I have gained experience in various types of public land use and in doing so have demonstrated my ability to handle various legal and administrative processes. I am open to new experiences and value the insights that other perspectives offer. This is exemplified in through my time in Wyoming analyzing and lobbying for wildlife and natural resource policies. I was able to develop genuine relationships quickly and use those relationships to further common initiatives.I have administrative experience both in the public and private sector. I have served in an administrative capacity for a legal office by providing records management services and. During my time processing applications I excelled in both efficiency and quality assurance while maintaining excellent customer service. My time in retail management honed my project management skills by coordinating diverse teams, managing resources effectively, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. I thrive in dynamic environments and possess the adaptability required to address challenges while maintaining a results-oriented approach. One of my greatest assets is my strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including fellow staff. I am adept at navigating complex negotiations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and fostering partnerships for shared goals.
