• Ensure all payroll processing is performed on time and is accurately entered into TechnologyOne• Provide training and guidance to the payroll team• Identification of areas that need improvement, and being involved in the design, testing and implementation of those changes• Regularly review internal processes and ensure they are still relevant or if there are any areas that could be improved• Provide dedicated support to specified HRCs when they are working through a change process, providing information throughout the process up to the exit of any employees• Manage Non-Work and Work ACC Claims• Assist external and internal auditors with any audits being undertaken.

Wellington

• Accurate entry of payroll information for Caretakers, Teacher Aides, OSCAR Employees into Alesco• Provide support to the wider business for Teachers and Principals • Training of new staff members and co-coordinating on boarding documentation
