I have over 15 years of experience within Administration and Customer Service. Most recently Administration and Finance Officer for a charity based in Edinburgh. I am very practically minded with a strong interest in the ongoing development of a business’s foundations ensuring longevity and cost-effective daily management. I am extremely compassionate and thoughtful with a positive attitude and follow initiative. I can self-manage my daily and ad-hoc duties, have worked from home successfully whilst providing long-distance technical, administration, and personalized support to my team. My focus throughout my career has been to be a source of information and support as well as customer service, whether this is internal or external. I work well under extreme pressure and I maintain direction under difficult and complex situations.I have taken two career breaks and I have volunteered locally during my breaks. My career breaks have both been deliberate breaks to tend to my family. My family are now settling into their educational settings, and I am now in the happy position of returning to an engaging and supportive role within the third sector.
