I was raised, with the cliché, to treat others how I would like to be treated. Through this I have been able to create long-term and meaningful friendships/relationships that are comprised with trust. These characteristics have transferred into a skill that should be used in business every day, called customer service. Great customer service thrives on individuals who are being respectful, caring and understanding of everyone’s views. This is also the key concept to growing and enhancing your business. I am an advocate that you must continuously increase your costumer service, care, and working environment in order for your company to grow and prosper. My goal in Business as a supply chain management major is to create an effective and personal relationship with my clients and to be able to show them that their business/products matter to us. In addition, to make sure they know we respect their company’s mission and want to see them reach their key objective through preforming our mission efficient and effectively.
