I worked closely with experienced professionals and my days were filled with tasks such as helping with user research, sketching wireframes, building prototypes, and even testing designs to see how real users interacted with them. I got hands-on experience with tools and methods used in the industry. One of my main projects was to make cancelling a Nextory membership seamless and user-friendly. This involved redesigning interface elements, optimizing the flow, and incorporating feedback from user testing sessions.

My main focus was understanding how users interacted with the products. I conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and translate these findings into actionable improvements.
