I’m a teacher, facilitator, experience designer and the founder of Sister Seasons, where I help women and non-binary changemakers–and the organizations they’re a part of–work with nature’s cycles to develop the skills they need to be thriving, regenerative leaders on a rapidly changing planet.At the core of my work is a belief that the future is not just a result of what we set out to build, but how we build it. If we want to create a radically different future–one that is feminist, regenerative and just–we can’t expect the practices that got us here to get us there.I help individuals and organizations shift their everyday practices to align with their vision for the future.→ In my work with Sister Seasons, this looks like providing leadership development and energy management skill-building support to changemakers so they can learn how to work with–rather than against–the cycles of their bodies and nature to discover a joyful pathway to a future where all life can thrive. → In my 15+ years of working in social impact and sustainability, it’s looked like transforming organizational operations as I’ve built, run and evaluated grant programs on environmental justice and social entrepreneurship, led immersive learning experiences for employees and entrepreneurs, guided companies through B Corp certifications, streamlined a $1m+ corporate giving portfolio, and designed processes and policies that embed sustainability values throughout an organization’s culture. → In my work with individuals, it has looked like hosting life-changing retreats, initiating communities, and facilitating peer mentorship groups to help socially conscious women find the courage and support to carve their own path.To learn more about how we can work together, please visit www.sisterseasons.com.
