While working at Young America, I was a leasing agent in the student department. As a leasing agent, I worked with students conducting apartment tours in order to help find them the perfect apartment. I developed strong communication skills and maintained relationships through prospecting, follow up, answering questions, and closing lease sales. During my time with the company, I generated over $1.9 million dollars in sales revenue, while also obtaining my Illinois State Leasing Agent License in December of 2016.

As a marketing intern I was responsible for creating marketing events and social media ideas to promote the school newspaper. Working as a team, we composed and executed ideas to promote the newspaper on multiple platforms, which included our mobile app, website, and social media accounts.

As an inbound sales and customer service representative, I sold cruises to new and returning guests by explaining product offerings, matchmaking with guest needs, and upselling complimentary packages to customize the perfect cruise experience.
