Client Integration Specialist
Current- Coordinate, manage and participate in all aspects of Ticketing System Integrations between Ensono and client ticketing systems.- Participate in client and 3rd party technical meetings to analyze client integration needs and interfaces- Oversee and manage all data mapping from client ticketing system to Ensono SNOW ticketing system- Works with 3rd parties to monitor integration activities between client system and SNOW- Create or modify existing system test plan to meet user, system or application requirements during the development of the integration- Manage System Integration and User Acceptance Testing - Tests all components of the application, including all fields and related interfaces to ensure that the expected outcomes are achieved- For data mapping, test to validate the quality and accuracy of the data converted- Identify interface issues between systems as it relates to the integration- Clearly articulate problems, issues, and potential solutions to team members, clients, and Technical Delivery Managers (TDM) while managing expectations- Production install, warranty and enhancement support
