CurrentExecutive Assistant to Executive Director for MCICOM Directly support Executive Director in the performance of responsibilities and obligations to meet the MCICOM mission. This includes, but is not limited to, managing phone calls, maintaining schedule, managing his transportation to and from official off-site government functions to include: reserving government vehicles, making travel arrangements. Effect and maintain positive, two-way communication with adjacent staff of HQMC, DON and DoD. Support the Commander, Executive Director, and Command suite personnel to meet the MCICOM mission. Develop personal correspondence for the Executive Director. Provide subject matter expertise in response to internal and external agency requests relating to CMC, Installations and Logistics, and MCICOM priorities. Complete tasks in the time allotted to meet the objective of the requester. Support the Commander, Executive Director, and Command suite personnel to meet the MCICOM mission. Provide overall office management. Screen tasks for appropriate action and improve workflow in the MCICOM's Sharepoint portal and via route sheets, e-mail, and telephone conversations. Provide accurate and timely advice and guidance on an "as needed basis" to Headquarters staffand leadership. Direct and control the flow of all correspondence. Coordinate office services, such as equipment and supply acquisitions and organization, disposal of assets, relocation, parking, maintenance, and security services and arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work if necessary. Support the travel of the Commander, Executive Director, and the Special Staff in performance of their duties to meet MCICOM mission requirements.
