During my six month internship at Dong Energy I found out what it is like to work for a big international company and how versatile your communications must be to be able to connect with many different types of employees.Main responsibilities: - Write articles for the company's intranet- Create content with both engaging pictures and videos as well as employee interviews for new stories- Maintain and update social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, youtube and Instagram- I came up with an employee Christmas contest / engagement strategy, with different contests, articles and advent calendar that went along with the internal health strategy. It was the most succesful internal engagement strategy they had seen for years.
