👑 Crowned the "Desert Queen" due to the transformation and growth of tourism in the Sultanate.The now "Guide Oman" was initially a hobby, now rebranded and transitioned into a renowned desert-focused adventure tourism business, and 4x4 support team named and branded, "Team 3R"Our iconic original product the "Desert Crossing", has evolved to now include drivers education, safety briefings, dedicated Rescue-Recovery crew, and full catering. Events grew from five a year, with 60 participants to 18 annually with an average of 120 guests per event, plus 40-60 crew.To become commercially viable I diversified the product portfolio to include🚩 Targeted brand events for Automotive retailers (Jeep, Nissan, Polaris), who welcome over 100 guest vehicles to exclusive brand-specific events.🚩 Bespoke national-wide tourism packages🚩 Oman Heritage Tourism - to learn about Rosewater, pottery, copper work🚩 Exclusive Corporate Events and Team BuildingThe journey has involved being hands-on, resourceful and ready. My main role was to set up, coordinate and launch a nationwide price checking project. Online system through which buyers could request price and brand checks of competition products in local shops.During the university holidays I worked full time, covering all marketing department requirements.
