    At Tru Comfort, Inc., a local HVAC company, I began by doing over two years worth of data entry during my winter break from college. Upon transitioning to being a full-time member of the office staff, my daily responsibilities included answering inbound phone calls in a timely fashion and working with clients to schedule appointments with technicians or sales representatives, ensuring accurate accounting records by processing all billing for service calls and installation jobs, updating customer records by entering warranty and equipment information into company database, registering new equipment with the manufacturer and applying for any rebates on the customers’ behalf, and informing customers of annual visits by maintaining schedules and sending out mailers.These days, I have stepped away from my position in the office, but still assist the company remotely by continuing to do many of the above listed tasks.
