A passion for capturing moments with my daughters turned into a part-time profession. McCaslin House Photography was born from the desire to provide others with something that I deeply cherish - frozen moments in time or you could call them photographs. Portraits are beautiful, but my goal is to capture emotion, that look that speaks to a person's personality or those integral bonds shared by family. My vision is to be a master storyteller. My talent is being able to accomplish it all within a series of photographs. With my camera I take a picture of today that will mean so much more tomorrow.

Taught Workforce Development and Continuing Education classes in Basic Computer Skills and Basic to Advanced in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook to serve the community, businesses, and local industry. I instructed customized Excel and PowerPoint training for the following companies: - Charms, Covington TN- Komatsu, Ripley TN- Eaton, Newbern TN- NSK, Dyersburg TN- Sun Products, Dyersburg TN- Hexpol, Dyersburg TN

Provide career counseling for youth, adults, and dislocated workers. Determine eligibility based on income for recipients of the WIA Needs Based Scholarship. Manage and track recipient progress and scholarship needs over the duration of training period. Provide job search support to the public and to scholarship participants upon completion of training and follow through until employment is obtained. Proctor the National Career Readiness Certificate test and assist participants with preparation for the exam. Facilitate workshops on Job Readiness which include resume writing, interview skills, and job search.

Served in the Safety department. Responsiblities included assisting the HR director in determining company safety needs and negotiating pricing and ordering safety supplies and equipment. Other duties were new employee orientation, safety training, company policy development, policy revision and organizaiton, MSDS compliance, application intake, and management of 500+ employment files.Influenced management to invest in scanning equipment and new software to streamline the hiring process and other office functions. Played the primary role in selecting the equipment and software purchased. Trained other office personnel in equipment use and new procedures.
