My earliest days of recruiting trace back to my freshman year of college when I became a tour guide and open-house ambassador for prospective students of Wagner College. My 7 years after graduation in non-profit employment services were all about connecting job seekers with opportunities for professional growth whether it was vocational training or direct employment. The best way to sum up my path to my current role as TA Manager with Comoto Family of Brands is that the common denominator has always been clear - I love to get people excited about the things that excite me most, I love seeing people succeed and knowing that I had a hand in their path to happiness.I cut my teeth in high-volume recruiting for our fulfillment centers, standardizing and streamlining processes before moving into our shared services space. I have recruited and evaluated talent for all areas of our business including finance, accounting, content & media (video editors, graphic designers, copywriters), technology (IT Support, Systems/Security Engineers, etc), HR/TA, admin, digital marketing, data analytics, and more. I’m currently supporting our retail hiring efforts across 6 districts while also behind the scenes identifying and strategizing on ways to hire better, faster, and more efficiently every single day.When I'm not working, you can find me out for a quick hike, checking out our city's newest restaurants/breweries, or spending time with family.
