About Rebecca Carter

An experienced editor and journalist, I have worked in senior positions across a number of print publications, including the popular, Bristol-based hyperlocal Voice series, as well as national magazines covering travel, eco living and holistic lifestyles. I'm also skilled in magazine production and design, and in more recent times, I have freelanced for the UK's largest glossy equestrian and country lifestyles magazine. In addition, I have worked extensively with schools across Bristol, providing marketing communication services, from creating copy for websites and social media, to designing billboard advertisements and leaflets. Currently, I am working as a programme support assistant for the Media Production and Journalism programmes at the University of the West of England, where I graduated from in 2013. Writing and print production are my passions and I love nothing more than seeing my work yield positive results for the people I work with.
