Assist the commercial team to drive business development by providing all brand materials, ensuring brand information is updated and shared. To provide digital marketing support, supplying all imagery and copy for new products, refreshing assets where necessary and identifying ways to improve conversion and brand awareness. Also to supply all branding, additional content where necessary (e.g. web banners) and digital marketing support for new product launches (digital launch plan) exploring various digital channels and opportunities to maximise exposure.

Working within the UK marketing team to deliver key trade marketing activity (i.e. POS, brand consistency on and offline, retail and trade promotions) to achieve the UK & Ireland OGSM objectives. Supporting the Trade Marketing team with proposals and implementation of in store displays, driving the creation of campaign point of sale and delivering to stores. Following a critical path for Speedo’s S2/16 POS campaign, liaising with external agencies for the creation of artwork and print ensuring on time delivery to 52 stores, within budget. Communicating cross functionally with teams inside of Speedo, working closely with field sales managers to assist in driving business development, by executing brand campaigns and materials across multiple retailers across regions, ensuring deadlines are met. As well as ordering and monitoring POS requirements, supporting the delivery of branded areas and shop in shop roll outs.
