The Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor is responsible for the dealing of table games on an assigned shift and for the supervision of table games on an assigned shift.When Supervising:Provides excellent Guest ServiceMonitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to all Casino policies and procedures.Trains and evaluates new dealers.Maintains constant awareness of all pit activity.Responsible for protection of the bankroll, the playing public and the Casino’s integrity.Maintains and/or enforces the Casino’s rules of play.Initiates gaming table fill/credit procedures.Places into service/removes from service, gaming table cards.Rates gaming table customer play.Verifies gaming chip purchases with cash at the gaming tables.Settles customer disputes.When Dealing:Provides excellent Guest ServiceExchanges cash for playing chips.Ensures that wagers are placed before the cards are dealt.Deals cards according to Casino standard procedures.Computes payable-odds to pay-winning bets.Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.Responsible for table security at all times.Maintains a clean and neat table at all timesFollows a strict code of conduct when accepting gratuities with no solicitation

The administrative assistant job comes with various job duties. As an admin I set up and coordinate all meetings, set up travel and housing for multiple types of employees and ensure that the Director of Maintenance receives all phone calls and guests. I enter into our Fleet Management Database the training certificates and qualifications as employees complete them as well as file them into their training files which must be audited on a regular basis to ensure consistency and accuracy. There are also various other projects the Director of Maintenance requests of me.In addition to the normal administrative duties, I also have assumed advanced duties.I created and continue to maintain and tweak the Fleet Management Database which required me to learn VBA. I also maintain all the Fleet Sheets required of each type of aircraft as well as the sales sheets for the aircraft which required a vast knowledge of Adobe type products such as InDesign and Photoshop. Utilizing my skills in Adobe I also created a magazine for the company to showcase the maintenance, supply and inspection departments to help with recruiting purposes. As of 2017 I also began cross-training in the supply department specifically to assist with Core Returns and Core Tracking.
