Client Service Administrator
Current- Provide overall support to client team operations on various tasks and projects
- Coordinate multiple calendars between 150 clients, 9 team members, and various outside firms or individuals to schedule all client-related meetings daily
- Develop approximately 26 ongoing processes and procedures for tasks related to the position
- Perform daily reconciliation of client transactions for all client accounts, including withdrawals, deposits, and trades
- Generate reports in Salesforce and Orion for client meetings, tax season, and year-end
- Generate paperwork in Schwab, Fidelity, and utilize DocuSign for client meetings
