As the lead interior designer, I developed and lead the design of all commercial interiors projects. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, generating and developing design concepts through to completion. Projects ranged from office, healthcare and cafe design. Daily tasks included design, space planning, quoting, specifying, client liaison and managing my workload of existing and future projects. I led client meetings, realising design briefs, site surveys, mediating changes to budgets, deadlines, and specifications. Always working closely with suppliers and contractors, specifying products tailored to our clients' needs and making them a reality.

My responsibilities encompassed creating detailed plans, elevations, technical specifications, and 3D drawings within tight deadlines. A significant portion of my time was dedicated to collaborating with the Welsh Government, enhancing workplace experiences across their vast portfolio of buildings throughout Wales. This involved designing solutions to promote productivity, facilitate flexible working, optimise space, and specify sustainable products. Additionally, I played a key role in liaising with suppliers, conducting on-site surveys, and crafting compelling design proposals for client presentations.

I worked as an Assistant CAD technician, helping the team with outstanding jobs temporarily for Paternity cover. During my time there I worked on various motorway and dual carriageway surveys, using AutoCad to trace 3D Point cloud data from field surveys and scans.

While working as the Visual Manager of a Mega Store I was responsible for the design of window displays, mannequins, exhibiting stock, full layout of the store and visual store sign offs. When deployed across the UK to launch concept stores responsibilities included ensuring daily building deadlines were reached, liaising with construction teams and the in-store staff, and that developments were completed in time for launch. As aSales Manager I managed between 40-50 staff members. Daily I would be responsible for running the store, dealing with customer disputes, cash handling, staff deployment and ensure KPI's and targets were met.
