• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of assigned bank accounts and general ledger accounts• Process journal entries and adjusting journal entries• Setup fixed assets and post monthly depreciation• Assist with end of month closing, financial statement preparation and analysis• Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and accounting duties for The Special Touch Bakery, Inc. &100 Groton Parkway Inc.• Responsible for vendor and customer credit application processing• Critical resource for office staff questions and on the job training• Responsible for W-9 tracking , yearly 1099 dispersal and quarterly sales tax return• Lead participant in semiannual inventory

• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of assigned schedules and fluctuating expense accounts• Perform branch audit evaluations and analyze continuous monitoring reports• Process journal entries, standard journal entries and adjusting journal entries• Assist with end of month closing , financial statement preparation and analysis• Process check requests, credit card chargebacks, GPS inventory and travel & entertainment expenses• Responsible for sales tax assessment and fixed asset setup• Apply cash receipts and provide backup for accounts payable department• Analyze branch reporting for errors and trends that could result in cost savings

• Send, receive and record incoming and outgoing engagement letters• Create jobs and future invoices for hundreds of current clients• Organize e-file authorization forms• Auto-flow incoming tax organizers, pro-forma returns and forward returns to staff• Assemble and mail completed tax returns to clients• Create the weekly tax department capacity report and send out daily status report

• Receive payments/deposits from 15-25 customers per day• Post receipts to online systems and close out repair orders • Operate multi line switchboard system• Reconcile drawer at the end of the night
