• Develop external communications to strengthen and build relationships with non-profits, local government and citizens. o Partner with organizations to provide over 2,000 volunteer hours per year on educational training.
• Create tools to ensure consistency for all CSR projects.
• Developed and rolled out CSR strategy for Holcim (US) operations. Strategy included materiality matrix evaluations for all 12 plants and community specific communications plans for each operation.
• Work with employees to build capacity for sustainable development issues including economic, environmental and social priorities.

• Geocycle manages the alternative fuels and raw materials used in the cement making process.
• Worked with local government officials and advocacy groups on legislation impacting state level waste solutions. o Influenced legislation in Colorado that encourages the proper disposal of over one million waste tires.
