Before that, from October 2022 to October 2023, I worked as a Real Time Analyst, monitoring and assessing the status of the queues, headcount, service levels, and productivity metrics for the EMEA region.With a Master's degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, I have developed strong skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis. I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and contributing to PayPal's mission of democratizing financial services.
