Working within the Admissions Team at Arden University I am responsible for carrying out internal admissions audits, call coaching and training to ensure quality and compliance standards are achieved across the company.My role includes: • Completing monthly processing audits, providing reports with feedback and recommendations for improvements. • Completing monthly CRM compliance audits, documenting all findings and highlighting any gaps in knowledge or training. • Carrying out monthly call coaching sessions with the team, either on a one to basis or as part of a group, providing feedback and highlighting any gaps in knowledge or training. • Ensuring all training manuals/resources are maintained and up-to-date to meet the needs of the study centres. • Developing and delivering training to individuals and groups • Active involvement with CRM system to ensure it is fit for purpose and recommendations for improvement. • Monitoring the quality of emails sent from the Enquiry team, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
