Note: Start-up company was trying to secure additional funding and it was a longer process than anticipated, therefore hiring freeze, and lack of work for External Consultants.TA Recruitment responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment across entire start-up organization, manage interviews and offers for: IT, Engineering, Field Sales Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Customer Success, Lab Technicians and Manufacturing Ops/Shipping & Receiving.
