Human Resources Manager
CurrentHR Manager for the northeast, mid-Atlantic, southeast and southwest regions. Lead and direct team of HR professionals in all aspects of transactional HR duties including but not limited to new hire onboarding, employee off-boarding, resolving pay/timecard issues, fielding general inquiries, policy interpretation and enforcement, and HRIS reporting. Diagnose gaps between current and future state to drive workplace compensation strategies, talent management and employee engagement initiatives in support of company mission and values while safeguarding against potential risks. Advise and coach functional and site leaders on various organizational matters. Manage complex workplace investigations. Policy design/implementation in compliance with federal, state and local statutes. Support the company's mission of growth by managing all HR-related activities of the mergers and acquisitions process.
