Lead Project Manager on Manifest's hospitality accounts, establishing best practice processes as these accounts transition to the growing New York City studio. Responsibilities include evaluating existing budgets, updating staff plans, updating all project timelines, scoping new project requests, and flagging potential process issues to the Group Director of Project Management. Managing an Associate Project Manager on projects consisting of daily/weekly content updates to a Drupal CMS, community management, eNewsletter implementation, and creation of multiple print magazines.

Lead Project Manager on one of four work streams for the creation of the 1.0 release of the new My Verizon Wireless app. Participated on the team responsible for user story creation, UX design, visual design, and specification creation for the Billing components of the app. Worked as a cohesive team with the client partners on this agile project by participating in daily scrums together as well as weekly all-day work sessions with the Verizon Business Analysts and developers responsible for the build.

Responsible for hiring of VO and music talent, plus securing rights for use of footage from various sources. Final deliverable versioned in for multiple languages/countries.-Day-to-day management of American Express Travel website including new initiatives plus monthly maintenance. Responsibilities included client communication, collaborating with client's other vendor partners, scope and budget monitoring, and supporting UX and creative teams to present their ideas despite dev partner hesitations to ensure we were creating the best user experience possible.
