Manage NEFC's Junior Academy Program designed as an entryway into a soccer career and club soccer experience. Coaching children ages 4.5-10 in order to develop skills, awareness, and love of the game.

Worked with MYS to bring 7v7 Grassroots course to North Reading in 2022.

Directed, organized, and supervised town intramural program which grewto over 400 players during the time period. Restructured the co- ed 1st grade group in 2020 by splitting genders. This change led to enhanced female participation and retention.
