Controlled all aspects of the print production process while managing client expectations and competitive deadlines.Responsible for inter-department and cross department Quality Assurance and process documentation. Heavily involved in onboarding new clients and projects, managing expectations, and ensuring that these expectations are met throughout every stage of the production process.

My primary duties were in the bindery where I strived to maximize the efficiency of commercial print production equipment, such as a Muller Martini saddle stitch machine, Stahl folders, a direct mailer with versatile variable data capabilities, and multi-capability insert machines. I also had duties in the print estimating, prepress, digital press, sheet-fed offset lithography press, and shipping departments of this company.

Provided front desk support for The Gallery at Penn College and assisted with the installation and tear-down of exhibits.

I fulfilled a series of 6 one-week-long rotations at 5 different Quad/Graphics plants in various finishing, press, and imaging departments. I also completed a 6-week-long administrative rotation in Continuous Improvement, which consisted of practicing Lean Enterprise methodology and facilitating plant-wide waste reduction events
