Responsible for coordinating the integration of multi agency operational delivery for the Hyde Park Olympic Venue and the wider Central London Zone area, ensuring integrated planning and delivery of local authority interface, parallel events, Live Sites, Fleet and Olympic Family Hotels operations and other activities occurring alongside LOCOG organised events. Role incorporated all facets of event management planning and execution and driving the project's critical path to meet stringent deadlines. Acted as LOCOG liaison for the development of crowd management plans for central London venues to manage the movement of up to 150,000 spectators from transport hubs (‘Last Mile’) to the venues through the public domain including stewarding, infrastructure, contingency and briefing, ensuring agreement from LOCOG functional areas to all plans. During games time, fulfilled a key Command, Communication and Coordination function within the Zonal Event Liaison Team - a benchmark model created for the Central London Zone to enable centralised coordination/collaboration and assist decision making between event delivery agencies - as well as in the Hyde Park and Olympic Family Hotel Event Control Rooms on competition days and opening/closing ceremonies.Liaised with key operational delivery partners to implement contingency and emergency operating plans if required including the closure of Park Lane to facilitate egress from the BT London Live site.

Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and management of all lead generating events (open days, webinars, exhibitions and awards); supporting BPP Holdings' recruitment strategy to maximise return on investment. Management, support and training of the Events and Exhibitions Executive as well as Brand Managers and Alumni suitable for assisting BPP with outreach activities.Designed and successfully delivered a tender process to source new stand and exhibitions contractors.Project managed the briefing, development and production of BPP’s presence at fairs (budget, quantity, functionality, and design) to reflect BBPs new branding policies and key messages according to faculties (law, business, etc.).

Responsible for the organisation and project management of a portfolio of conferences, seminars, awards and events (both commercial and non commercial) on behalf of the LG Group establishing own priorities and managing own workload ensuring events are organised to specification, budget and tight deadlines.

Responsible for project managing approximately 25 high profile political events produced by NSA and approximately 15-20 client-sourced events a year. Events ranged from one-day conferences with 100 delegates to flagship two/days annual events with up to 1000 delegates, shell scheme exhibition and a social event programme
