Leesplezier ligt aan de basis van taalontwikkeling en juist op dat aspect bungelt Nederland onderaan een internationale lijst van vijftig landen. De Schoolschrijver ontwikkelt innovatieve taalprogramma’s ten behoeve van het vergroten van leesplezier en de verbetering van taalvaardigheden bij kinderen. Door de unieke aanpak, die wordt gevormd door de kracht van verhalen en kinderboeken en de rol van kinderboekenauteurs (de Schoolschrijvers) als inspiratoren en coaches voor leerlingen bestrijdt De Schoolschrijver in Nederland de ‘leescrisis’.Graag help ik als fondsenwerver mee om hun missie "Ieder kind taalsterk" te realiseren.

Museum JAN is a museum of visual arts in Amstelveen with a special focus on glass art. The museum's own collection consists of unique glass objects assembled by founder Jan van der Togt. He collected international top art, based on what fascinated him aesthetically. In addition to this characterful collection, Museum JAN offers a broad and appealing exhibition program.I help Museum JAN to raise funds for their temporary exhibitions.

In het museum Geert Groote Huis in Deventer wordt het verhaal verteld van Geert Groote (1340 – 1384), de belangrijkste Deventenaar uit de geschiedenis en bekend als grondlegger van de ‘Moderne Devotie´. Deze vernieuwingsbeweging stond voor een persoonlijke beleving van het geloof en een eenvoudig en oprecht leven.In het museum wordt verteld hoe Geert Groote tot zijn inzichten kwam, waarom hij kritiek had op de kerk en de samenleving en waarom zijn gedachtegoed nog altijd actueel is. De stichting Geert Groote Huis is niet verbonden aan enige levensbeschouwelijke stroming en concentreert zich op de cultuurhistorische betekenis van de persoon Geert Groote en de waarde van zijn ideeën in onze tijd.Sinds mei 2023 ben ik secretaris van het bestuur van de stichting.

Vereniging de Waag zet zich al ruim 100 jaar in voor het Deventer erfgoed. De leden van Vereniging de Waag vinden het belangrijk dat Deventer kunstwerken zichtbaar zijn en dat ze worden bewaard voor komende generaties. De vereniging helpt de kerncollectie te verrijken met kunstwerken die van belang zijn voor onze stad. Het Deventer erfgoed wordt zo verder opgebouwd en blijft behouden voor de huidige generatie en voor kinderen en kleinkinderen.Vanaf april 2023 ben ik algemeen bestuurslid.

Toneelgroep Jan Vos maakt voorstellingen op locatie over mensen die zich staande proberen te houden in een sterk veranderende wereld. Ze tonen de complexe werkelijkheid van individuele mensen die schuilgaat achter statistieken, rapporten, beleidsvoornemens en krantenkoppen.Voor de 2024 tournee van hun nieuwe voorstelling WIND, help ik nieuwe partners te vinden.

Since 2020, Deventer has gained a cultural hotspot: MIMIK. With four movie theatres, a multifunctional auditorium, a bar and a café, every imaginable combination of culture, experience and nightlife is possible here. MIMIK is located on a beautiful spot on the river IJssel. MIMIK shows films that have more to offer cinematically and in terms of content than the regular cinema offer and also programs around 100 theatre performances each season.On behalf of MIMIK, as an interim relations manager, I was responsible for new partnerships, maintaining relations with current partners and creating new sponsor propositions.

The Deventer Schouwburg has existed since 1870 and represents more than 150 years of performing arts in Deventer. It is one of the 35 largest theatres in the Netherlands with over 450 performances and events per year. Here you can see all forms of professional and amateur performing arts, attend conferences, hold meetings and experience special moments together.On behalf of the Deventer Schouwburg, as an interim relations manager, I was responsible for new partnerships, maintaining relations with current partners and creating new propositions. I also worked on a new proposition for and rebranding of the business club and with the Schouwburg team organized the business club event program.

100WEEKS is an innovative social platform connecting people who care to people living in poverty by direct unconditional cash transfers.For 100WEEKS I have helped to build and professionalize its relations management and business operation processes. This meant a.o. implementing a brand new CRM system (Salesforce), pipeline management, budget control and reporting proces, a new integrity policy and HR proces. Also I was part of the fundraising team and have successfully helped to gain new funding. I am very proud to have been part of 100WEEKS and to have contributed to its growth and this new direct way of giving to people living in extreme poverty. 100WEEKS is a definitely a game changer in the world of traditional NGO’s.

This high profile business community represents corporate businesses and the main cultural- and knowledge institutions of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.Acquisition, client relations, organization of the international MAC trip and exclusive MAC meetings were part of my responsibilities.Account Manager Sport:International sports events like the yearly Amsterdam Marathon, the World Championship Beach Volleyball in 2015, the World Championship Rowing in 2014 a.o. have put Amsterdam on the map as international sport destination.As representative of Amsterdam Marketing I was also responsible for the marketing and sales propositions for these key sports accounts.

Overall responsible for the growth and optimization of Antenna Audio’s services and products for the markets Benelux and Scandinavia: development of business and sales strategy, general management of the Dutch office, supervision and quality control of all ongoing audio and multimedia projects, key account management.

As Client Services Manager I focused on the optimization of the audio and multimedia tour sales in museums as the Van Gogh museum and Rijksmuseum. I was overall responsible for the sales teams in these museums, for the acquisition of new projects and I consulted museums on new developments in the audio and multimedia tour business.
