- Worked with genomics and formulation teams to produce novel formulations of lipid nanoparticles for delivery of mRNA and DNA payloads, using syringe-pump systems and characterized the biophysical and chemical analytical properties- Utilized a high-throughput liquid handling system to facilitate characterization assays, including GPL and TNS, and performed DLS to measure size and PDI, and Ribogreen and Picogreen assays to quantify encapsulation efficiency and concentration
