I love to be the evangelist for whatever I am working on, and love to get others to feel the value and grasp their roles in the vision. I speak, write and workshop but mostly I am creative about ensuring engagement in person and online. I don’t settle for the usual.I operate at the executive level – accelerating and simplifying the many and varied tasks of senior leaders. I show up with answers (vs problems) and thoughtful ideas to drive to results. At Cisco, I devised a single approach for a roadmap and repository to deliver necessary information to product management team leaders and stakeholders including finance and marketing, enabling diverse teams to always have the latest. The clever part was that it was used for both planning and communicating deliverables as the single source of truth. Time is the critical asset of every executive and I optimize time to drive scale and strategic execution.Mostly I know that people perform best when they like what they do and succeed. And that’s how companies succeed. Making that happen is my personal mission.
