Supports an Account Executive in all aspects of the sales and recruitment process and daily operations. Assist Account Executive in qualifying, acquiring, servicing, maintaining and expanding client base; assist in obtaining job orders (temp, temp to full time and full time) solicited from the business community; assist in recruiting, screening, evaluating and matching qualified candidates to the clients’ specific job order requirements to ensure client retention; contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a personnel staffing service by supplying clients and applicants with outstanding customer service and results; continually meet the needs of our clients and customers (applicants); assist in developing, coaching, counseling and recommending applicants as required.

Operations of a branch office of a Fortune 500 Staffing company, including times of running the office independently. I was overseeing 50+ employees at one time at different customer sites and in different positions. My main job responsibilities included recruitment (utilized internet job boards such as CareerBuilder and Monster to identify top talent), placement, and retention of qualified employees to a large number of national, regional, and local accounts. I conducted weekly sales and marketing calls to prospective clients as well as current customers to try to place top notch employees and generate additional business. Conduct quality check with clients and employees to ensure satisfaction. Prepare weekly payroll, conduct counseling’s, terminations, scheduling, and other various employee needs. I have working knowledge of all hiring form compliance such as I-9 and W-4, handled workers compensation and unemployment claims (attended protested claim hearings when necessary). Organized focus group meetings with employees, conduct client meetings and created presentations. Attend and organize recruiting events such as job fairs, lunches, and other special events. View P & L statements to update required weekly and monthly reports. Assisted corporate billing department with customer invoicing if a problem arose that required local attention. Maintaining branch Accounts Payable and ordering supplies for branch. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and experienced with a large number of proprietary software programs.

Recruitment and placement of employees based on skill and in accordance with existing client contract. Conduct interview with potential employees and follow up with current employees. Manage 30+ employees on a daily basis. Maintaining high placement numbers by sales and marketing to current and prospective clients. Schedule and/or conduct tests for prospective employees such as pre-employment drug and background screening, typing, software programs, HIPPA, accounting, and many more. Keep all employee files current and in proper order. Create new procedures to streamline the office. Preparing required weekly and monthly reports. Handed employment verifications, welfare and child support cases, IRS levies, and unemployment compensation.
