I’m passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. And I’m excited for the opportunities I have to do just that in my role as a Health and Wellness Coach with the Cleveland Clinic.Previously I was employed as a Health Coach at Noom for nearly two years. I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am also a Wellcoaches certified health and well-being coach, and I have received a Lifestyle Medicine Coach certificate from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. My background includes teaching English Language Arts at the high school level. After taking some time away from my career to concentrate on raising my family, I realized that I was ready to transition into a role that would allow me to combine my ability to help others achieve their full potential with my dedication to healthy living. Health coaching is a fulfilling intersection of my interests and talents. I am a self-motivated worker who can remain focused in a virtual working environment. I look forward to communicating with colleagues and clients as we work together toward healthier outcomes that improve lives.
