An education and learning enthusiast whose mission is to ensure everyone has access to high quality, inclusive and empowering learning opportunities, no matter their background or circumstance. I am a personable and outgoing individual who thrives in demanding and dynamic environments. I am a detail-orientated person and take pride in being well-organised and delivering results efficiently and consistently. I'm capable, self-motivated and reliable. I have a proven track record of finding pragmatic solutions to problems and working with multiple different stakeholders to manage and meet diverse priorities. I prioritise relationship building and good communication in the teams I lead and work in, and I think it's important to lead by example. Currently, I'm working in the field of Learning Design; planning, designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions for our team of teacher trainers. I'm putting my years of experience as a EFL teacher and trainer to good use, helping to train the next generation of teachers who will work to ensure that children in the UK from deprived and disadvantaged backgrounds receive a fair education with equal opportunities to thrive. Previously, I was privileged to work for 12 years in the field of EFL in various countries in Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Europe. In my free time I enjoy playing rugby, painting, cooking and cycling.
