In my role I was responsible for two main areas; IT Service and Communication. The Business Relationship Management function reported to me and was responsible for ensuring that SThree got an exceptional service from Group IT. I also owned the communication strategy which was designed, in line with the IT strategy, to ensure consistent, effective and timely communication with the business.

I designed and implemented a strategy for the recruitment of all Support Services employees into SThree plc. This was successfully implemented and the process still being used to this day. Reporting directly to the HR Exec, I was responsible on an interim basis for the strategy of the Global Resourcing Team, working alongside the Regional Directors. This involved advising on best practice recruitment methods and measuring/target setting across a worldwide team of internal recruiters.

Client facing role responsible for ensuring clients received exceptional service from Huxley Associates. Responsible for increasing client committment and opening up opportunities within new and existing clients.Responsibilities:- Identify new business areas/sectors and target clients within specific recruitment markets.- Identify opportunities to maximise sales opportunities by cross-selling within both new and existing clients.- Networking within new and existing businesses to increase our presence and revenue within our client base.- Facilitating client entertainment within our key accounts.- Designing and tailoring recruitment solutions specific to client needs.- Improving service levels between recruiters and clients.- Tenders, RFI's, presentations- Negotiation of legal terms and conditions- Training and development of recruitment consultants and Business Developers/Client Service Managers- Developing our client service offering in line with current business goals and strategy
