I started work in Vodafone as a customer service representative exclusively dealing with pre-paying personal customers.This job included: dealing with customer queries, hitting targets that were set out for me and generating sales.I swiftly developed the necessary skills to be efficient in this line of business and because of this; I was offered expansion of my skills via a new job title, dealing with bill paying customers. The new job title came with added responsibilities. This incorporated: dealing with bills and explaining them to customers, breaking down charges or credits applied, using complex new systems and dealing with business customers out of hours.I adapted to the new role and my success brought forward an offer to work for the premier department. This entailed dealing with companies of various sizes and engaging their important clients and contacts. I gained vast experience in the business world through this promotion and this is where my passion for business and my business skills evolved.
