As a zoning, building code and land use consultant, I have served as the liaison between the client and various municipal organizations, carving out the most effective path from concept to permit approval.Experienced with managing all phases of design and construction administration. Project budgets have ranged from $2-$3Mil in architectural billing, up to approximately $3B in total project cost.
