Local project work has included all aspects of commercial and retail for top ten development companies. As a zoning, building code and land use consultant, I have served as the liaison between the client and various municipal organizations, carving out the most effective path from concept to permit approval.Experienced with managing all phases of design and construction administration. Project budgets have ranged from $2-$3Mil in architectural billing, up to approximately $3B in total project cost. Managed portions of larger international commercial projects, and the new MTA Number 7 Line Subway Station at 34th Street, Hudson Yards.Approach is collaborative and generative, where both the client and other stakeholders are engaged in the design process.
