-Select and oversee an executive board of seven managers after an application and interview process-Ensure that all departments (music, programming, production, and multimedia) are running smoothly and all managers are accomplishing their respective tasks-Make myself available to all members by spending an extensive amount of time in the radio station each day-Run all weekly executive board and monthly general board meetings, delegating work to members along the way

- Make posts on the WQAQ Instagram and Twitter accounts and website- Create graphics on Canva and take photos to be posted on the accounts and website- Communicate with other e-board members about what needs to be posted- Create show posters/graphics for hosts who request them- Post content sent by hosts on the WQAQ website and accounts- Proofread and edit all articles in accordance with AP Style before they are posted on the website- Write bio for each e-board member’s “about” page on the website and introductory social media posts
