We charge only flat fees agreed to in advance. This means you can call with an update or changes to your circumstances without getting a surprise bill in the mail. This, in turn, helps us fosters long-term relationships so that we can understand your desires and translate them into documents such as healthcare directives, powers of attorney, wills, & trusts. These legal documents are a necessity, but they are a byproduct of our relationship with our clients.We also communicate regularly with our clients in order to help keep their plans current with their changing family, changing assets, & the changing law. A plan that is done once, stuck in a drawer & never looked at again is not going to be the best plan to take care of your family when the plan is needed most because something has happened to you. Most attorneys merely prepare documents for their clients once & don't follow up over time or make sure their clients' assets are owned properly.
