I have spent most of my career working to address and end homelessness. I have been lucky enough to be involved in some ground-breaking projects and worked with some fantastic organisations. I've done everything from set up a national team on a bit of a wing and a prayer to enabling over 100 homeless people to work on a garden at the Chelsea Flower Show and lately to being involved in communications during and after a merger.Helping agencies to change the way they deliver services, being part of a partnership that developed a leadership programme for homelessness professionals and working closely with policy makers are some of the things I am proud of. More recently I have been working at Broadway and now St Mungo's Broadway to support and develop fundraising and to ensure excellent communications to a wide range of stakeholders.
