Having started my career in internal communications for Barclays, Hill and Knowlton and the BBC, I moved to internal communications recruitment 18 years ago. I have an excellent track record of working with clients to determine their brief, source suitable candidates and successfully fill positions. Alongside this, I work closely with candidates to ensure that they are being represented for the most suitable positions, and are guided effectively through the recruitment process, from initial CV stage to job offer and beyond. I have worked on permanent and interim assignments for established teams in FTSE 100 organisations, as well as for smaller organisations who are building a new internal communications function.
