My responsibilities include day to day supervision of the audiovisual and periodical departments for the Main Library/Santori Library at the Aurora Public Library, collection development of sound recordings, films, periodicals. Periodical collections include both print and online subscriptions. I supervised 2 -3 paraprofessional staff and librarians. I oversaw maintenance and troubleshooting of Bibliotheca's DVD dispensers, writing the training document. I also trained both staff and patrons on the dispensers. Other duties included general reference for the general public and students who came into the library. Students ranged in age from grade school through graduate school. This also included informal information literacy training for users. I also taught basic classes in computers and internet searching.

Assisted in individualized instruction for high school classes, GED, ESL, Adult Basic Education, Adult High School Diploma, adult certification courses. I also completely revised several curriculum units.
