After over 10 years in the HR and People space, I joined SkillCycle (formerly GoCoach) as the first official employee and Cofounder. Throughout my years in HR, I developed programs that optimized talent acquisition, employee retention, upskilling/reskilling, employee engagement, employee experience, succession planning, and more. I used this expertise to build People strategies that made my companies successful and protected their most valuable asset – the people. At SkillCycle, I work cross-functionally to deliver solutions and experiences that push learners beyond their perceived limitations to unlock their potential. I align with key stakeholders to ensure they see ROI and continue making learning more accessible within their organizations. My goal is to empower people to invest in themselves and their teams, to increase employee engagement, retention, and performance. All that aside, I spend my free time reading and writing fiction, rhythm cycling, hanging out with my animals, and sampling as much food, wine, and cocktails with my husband as possible.
