Oversee benefits, compensation, leaves, work comp, and employee relations

Support management and employees in all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, workers compensation, benefits, change management and strategic planning in three business units.

Support 265+ employees at all levels, including executive leadership. Act as strategic partner to clinical director and 7 facility CBRF administrators. Coach and advise management on employee development and corrective action. Designed and oversee the employee performance evaluation process and merit program. Create organizational charts to evaluate employee compensation information. Created and oversee the recruitment and selection process. Analyze each department's training needs and develop or obtain new training material. Review federal and state laws to confirm and enforce company compliance. Administer and participate in renewal of benefits including workers' compensation, high deductible health plan with health reimbursement arrangement, 401(k) plan, flex spending, COBRA administration, life, disability and dental plans.

Provided customer service to staff regarding all human resources policies and procedures to all employees. Completed bi-weekly payroll and quarterly / year end tax processing from start to finish for more than 200 employees. Worked on 401(k) administration, FMLA and workers' compensation claims and benefits. Managed personnel files according to policy and federal and state law and regulations. Designed and distributed new employee packages. Managed communication regarding employee orientation and open enrollment for benefits. Conducted exit interviews for all employees.- Project Management: implemented new HRIS and Timekeeping software which resulted in 30% reduction in payroll processing time and 50% fewer errors- Managed the annual training calendar and staff training compliance
