My name is Rebecca Tully, and I am an Auto Enrolment specialist at 3SQ Employee Benefits.My primary role is to help small and medium sized businesses to comply with the workplace pensions legislation, Automatic Enrolment. The majority of my clients are based in East Anglia, although I do have a small number of clients UK wide.I help employers in a number of ways, depending upon their approach to Auto Enrolment. Some companies want to embrace the legislation and use it as an employee benefit, perhaps offering more than they are legally required to do so. Other companies want to comply with the legislation in the most cost effective and easy to manage way.
