As IceMobile transitioned from an agency to a product software company developing apps for clients like Ahold, Jumbo and ABN AMRO a marketing and communication department was set up. I grew this department to a team of 4 people setting and achieving stretching targets in regards to brand awareness.Responsibilities:- Creating brand awareness amongst potential future employers through setting up and executing an ambitious (on and off-line) employer brand strategy- Responsible for initiating, concepting, and executing several successful (international) internal and external events- Culture driver- Supporting sales at events and with client meetings
